Participants will enjoy Dr. Chester’s perspectives around identifying the temporary “sweetness” of revenge and the corresponding physiological response. We’ll also study the worsening mid and long term effects on the revenge seeker’s emotional state, as well as evidence and neuroscience -based interventions geared to promote helpful coping strategies and positive outcomes for individuals who feel “wronged”.
