Miriam Beigelman, MA; LCSW, brings gratefulness to a whole new level! Working with Miriam, participants will identify the health (both mental and physical) benefits of gratitude, understand how gratitude plays a role in overcoming trauma, examine the link between gratitude and empathy as well as the role gratitude plays in developing a healthy self esteem.

 

Miriam Beigelman, MA; LCSW, has been working in the mental health field for almost twenty years. She holds both a Master’s in School Psychology as well as a license in Social Work. Currently, she teaches Psychology subjects for the City University of New York and provides counseling in a mental health clinic, primarily with adolescents and adults. In her spare time, Miriam enjoys writing about mental health topics as well as other inspirational ideas.

Participants will receive their certificate electronically upon completion of the webinar and course evaluation form.
