Dr. Anne Redelfs is our guide as we study ways in which unexpressed, authentic emotions and thoughts lodge in our bodies and, over time, express themselves indirectly through injury and illness. Join us as we discover new concepts and theory around the metaphoric language of the psychological body which speaks through the physical body—an invaluable skill for working with clients! Participants will gain insight into physical symptoms and how they may reveal not only deeper psychological issues but also interventions to correct them.
Attendees are welcome to discuss any symptoms encountered with clients, and come away with new perspectives and knowledge surrounding ways for psychologically addressing them!

Anne Redelfs, M.D. is a Graduate of Duke University and Tulane University Medical School. After residency in pediatrics and completion of psychiatry residency at Tulane, Anne continued into private psychiatry practice in New Orleans, LA.
