Join Andrea Brognano, LMHC on a journey through addiction and recovery. Attendees will gain enhanced insight surrounding the intersections of Mental Health and Substance Use, effectiveness of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy as a treatment modality, and a closer look at the role of clients’ family in the recovery process.

 

Andrea Brognano, LMHC, Division Director of Development and Community Relations of Person Centered Care Services, an organization dedicated to working with individuals with disabilities. She also provides CBT based therapy in private practice. She strongly believes that all persons should be afforded opportunities they want and have the ability to do so through the right supports. Andrea began in the field as a Direct Support Professional and through her career has enjoyed the opportunity to see the continued individual growth of clients. Andrea’s clinical background also includes work in substance abuse through the YMCA Substance Abuse Clinic.

State and provincial regulatory boards have the final authority to determine whether an individual course may be accepted for continuing education credit.
