Bring conversations to life at the core of macro-work with Nicole DelPrete, LMSW! Participants will enjoy insights on creating comfortable and safe spaces to maximize group productivity, the art of hosting productive sessions, basic concepts applied to facilitating important meetings, along with strategies for working through difficult conversations among team members.

 

Nicole DelPrete, LMSW, is the Division Director of Career and Residential Supports at Person Centered Care Services (PCCS), an organization dedicated to supporting people with developmental disabilities. She oversees Day Habilitation, Pathways to Employment, Supported Employment (SEMP), Community Prevocational, Employment Training Program (ETP), ACCES-VR, Family Education and Training (FET), Office of Mental Health (OMH) Services, Office of Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Services (OASAS), and Individualized Residential Alternative (IRA). Nicole is dedicated to social change, specifically within her community. She is determined to eliminate the social barriers which limit people with disabilities. Nicole has a specific concentration on disability studies and macro practice. Nicole’s macro background also includes work in developing policies, advocating, ethical standards, community outreach, and facilitating a variety of different trainings.
