This CE You! Marathon Seminar includes three excellent classes, a total of 9 category I CEUs. The first two classes count as Supervision training. Class 3 is an ethics class.  

You can attend all three classes or select individual classes.  

The Cost of the full seminar is $149.

Two classes are $99. One class is $59.

Class 1 – 10:00am-1:00pm (3 CEUs)

Clinical Supervision and Conflict Resolution

Clinical supervision is a vital part of managing behavioral health staff. As a supervisor overseeing direct practice staff, training and support around clinical case issues will need to occur. In addition, supervisors must be able to assist staff with navigating difficult situations such as conflict with other providers and clients. This course will focus on providing clinical guidance to staff as well as how to address conflict within the agency and assisting staff with managing conflict with their clients. (Trainer, M. Class 2 – 1:45pm-4:45pm (3 CEUs)

Performance, Personnel Issues, and Staff Morale

Supervising staff can be lots of fun! There are great ways to motivate people within your unit, to build a cohesive team, and to create trust and respect with your staff. This course will teach how to encourage and motivate staff to perform well. Participants will learn how to establish boundaries, address personnel concerns such as hiring and performance issues and most of all to be an inspirational leader. (Trainer, M. Ethical Jams and Pickles in the Office!

Ethical Jams in the workplace arise in many forms. Whether with colleagues, subordinates, or bosses, ethical issues require careful navigation. This may occur when leadership is unaware of the professional boundaries of your field, dual roles at the office, or any number of potential pickles. This training will address the jams and pickles that we get into and offer practical methods of resolution. (Trainer, M. Elizabeth Bowman, LICSW, LCSW-C)
